Michael Benadiba
Chief Executive Officer
Michael Benadiba is one of the founding partners of OrderDynamics. He brings over
11 years of experience in the eCommerce industry to his current role as Chief Executive
Officer. He is primarily responsible for setting the direction and overseeing all
aspects of the operations of the company. Michael is closely involved with sales
and oversees the direction of the OrderDynamics Platform roadmap, integrating his
experience and vision to ensure feature functionality, scalability, and integrity.
He divides his time between the company’s headquarters in Toronto and office in
Los Angeles, California. In 2000, Michael launched his first eCommerce website,
creating custom solutions for retailers that outgrew small medium business solutions
like Yahoo!. By 2005, Michael implemented his vision for a unified, Software-as-a-Service
(SaaS) architecture for OrderDynamics, a major differentiator in the eCommerce platform
market. In 2001, Michael founded the IT service provider, MBC Computer Solutions
Ltd., where he remains the President and Chief Technology Officer. Michael attended
the Schulich School of Business at York University. In his spare time, he enjoys
skydiving, yoga and traveling.
Moise Benadiba
Chief Financial Officer
Moise Benadiba is the Chief Financial Officer at OrderDynamics. In this role, he
is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s accounting practices, including,
budget preparation, financial reports, tax and audit functions. Directing financial
strategies, planning and forecasts. Supervising investment and raising of funds
for business and studying, analyzing and reporting on trends and opportunities for
future company growth, to name a few. Moise is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
with over 40 years of experience. He brings a substantial wealth of knowledge to
the OrderDynamics team with previous work experience as Project Director, Standards
and Architecture at Cognicase Inc./Insurance Information Centre for Canada (IICC)/
Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC), Vice President, Application Development at Amberdon
Consulting Ltd., and Vice President, Information Technology at Allianz Canada. Other
work experience includes organizations such as Canadian General Insurance Company
and Commercial Union. Moise has also completed a number of career enrichment seminars
which helped him transition from a technical individual to a manager of technology.
Some notable seminars include Project Management Seminar (Keane Methodology), Application
Management Seminar (Keane Methodology), Capability Maturity Model Seminar (Keane
Methodology) and Managing Information Technology (Western University). Moise has
been happily married for 42 years and has five children and eight grandchildren.
Michael Turcsanyi
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Michael Turcsanyi is one of the founding partners of OrderDynamics. He brings more
than 10 years of experience to the company in his current role as Vice President
of Sales and Marketing. Michael is responsible for the coordination, management,
and leadership of all sales and marketing activities. His responsibilities include
new business acquisitions, strategic partnerships, communications, and developing
the OrderDynamics service model. In addition, Michael oversees the OrderDynamics
eCommerce Account Management process, a major part of the company’s value proposition
and point of differentiation. Throughout his career, Michael has held leadership
roles responsible for delivering large-scale eCommerce websites and Software-as-a-Service
(SaaS) applications. Prior to OrderDynamics, he held executive positions with Canada’s
leading managed hosting provider, Tenzing Managed IT Services (formerly Canada Web
Hosting), and one of Canada’s fastest growing companies (PROFIT 100) for 5 years.
At Tenzing, Michael led the Sales Engineering, Account Management, and Operations
teams through explosive revenue growth and expansion in Toronto. Other work experience
includes senior level positions at The Equitable Group Inc., RBC Dominion Securities,
and Thinkpath. In 2002, Michael founded Bagna Networks Inc. a boutique provider
of IT Consulting and Managed Services. In 2006, Bagna Networks’ IT Consulting &
Support business was sold to Cybernomics Corporation and its Datacenter Managed
Services business was sold to Canada Web Hosting. Michael received a Computer Engineering
Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and holds service management
certifications from Microsoft, ITIL, and Cisco.
Steven Berkovitz
On-Demand Platform Architect
Steven Berkovitz is one of the founding partners of OrderDynamics. He brings over
10 years of experience in software and hardware design to his current role as On-Demand
Platform Architect. In this role, he oversees the development of the companies’
flagship Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eCommerce product which includes, eCommerce
store fronts, back end order management systems, custom built middleware, and integration
software. In addition, Steven architected OrderDynamics’ high availability IP network
and PCI compliant data center hosting infrastructure. He is also a mentor to the
software engineers and works with the management team to create and refine the product
roadmap. Before joining OrderDynamics, Steven was a Developer in Test at CaseWare,
a leading supplier of software solutions to accountants and auditors worldwide,
where he conducted automated testing procedures for various software products. Steven
majored in Economics and minored in Computer Science at McMaster University. He
is a Microsoft Certified Professional and was awarded MVP for Component Art by the
software vendor Component Art. Steven lives in Toronto and in his spare time, he
enjoys blogging, listening to music, skiing and skydiving.
Jules Sukhabut
Vice President, Professional Services
Jules Sukhabut is one of the founding partners and Vice President, Professional
Services at OrderDynamics. He brings over 15 years of experience in business development
and project management to his current role as Vice President of Professional Services.
In this role, Jules is responsible for eCommerce Business Systems Consulting and
Project Management. His day-to-day tasks include overseeing all projects, managing
client communications, and capturing business requirements. Jules’ previous experience
includes project management and business systems analysis for online banking and
stock trading systems (Royal Bank of Canada CA:RY), online casino gaming systems
(Cryptologic Nasdaq: CRYP), and management of hosting services for eCommerce systems
such as ATG and Elasticpath. In addition, he ran a web design and development company,
Web Works in Bangkok, Thailand until it was purchased in 1999. He has an educational
background in Information Technology and holds IT service management certifications
from Microsoft, ITIL CompTIA and Citrix. Jules lives in Toronto and in his spare
time enjoys Moksha Yoga.
Tammy Nyman
Vice President, Operations
Tammy Nyman is Vice President, Operations at OrderDynamics. Tammy is responsible
for overseeing operations at OrderDynamics and managing the organizations employees.
She facilitates the maintenance of a collegial environment that promotes sustainable
growth while maximizing productivity and efficiency. Her primary role is the development
of business continuity. She is in charge of implementing internal policies and procedures
for OrderDynamics’ employees and manages their day-to-day needs. In addition, Tammy
is involved with marketing, advertising and business development for the organization.
Tammy’s formal education includes a BA in Psychology from York University and a
degree in Advertising Media Sales from Humber College. Previously, Tammy worked
as a Media Planner at Cossette Media and in the Marketing Group at the Canadian
Cancer Society. Tammy lives in Thornhill and is married with two children. In her
spare time, she enjoys working-out, traveling and spending time with family.
