About OrderDynamics
OrderDynamics caters to online merchants that have gone beyond a basic frontend
shopping cart and backend order management system (OMS) and are now ready to step
into an end-to-end eCommerce solution. We help these companies simplify their operations
and provide them tools and resources to enable them drive more qualified traffic
and grow sales. Companies choose OrderDynamics because they’ve outgrown limiting
systems. These companies typically have annual online revenues from $5 million to
$50 million and operate multiple B2B or B2C web properties.
The Begining
OrderDynamics was formed to solve a recognizable gap preventing retailers from expanding
their success online. In the early days this gap was largely technology oriented.
Today these gaps include the effective utilization of eCommerce systems, integration
with existing business systems, and delivering fast, fun, and friendly user experiences.
Our History
For over 8 years, our team has been delivering superior eCommerce solutions centered
on helping our Clients drive revenues and scale. We started by creating custom software
for each Client and quickly realized that we were solving the same business challenges
each time. In 2004 we decided to design a robust and scalable eCommerce SaaS platform
that would power all future Clients.
In 2006 we launched our on-demand eCommerce
platform. We measure our Clients success through an increase in revenue, higher
per-order value and improved check-out conversion rates. We are passionate about
helping our Client's succeed in their eCommerce journey and this is our primary
mission.
