The Fulfillment & Inventory control system is a high performance, large volume fulfillment
engine which supports complex fulfillment scenarios and integrated inventory tracking.
Our One Step Bill & Fulfill function integrates with shipment carriers, 3rd party
logistics partners and payment processing modules to provide instant fulfillment
of your orders. Orders can be grouped and prioritized based on customer specific
business rules. Inventory levels are automatically updated within OrderDynamics
or an external Inventory database.
Warehouse Automation
OrderDynamics provides functionality which allows for complex fulfillment scenarios
which supports common business rules and processes. Examples of this include the
order grouping functionality which enables online retailers to group orders based
on various order details such as products, shipping rates, customer, or address
information. The warehouse automation component also allows for real-time distribution
of orders to the fulfillment center ensuring that fulfillment staff are always occupied
with processing orders and that orders are fulfilled as soon as possible.
Inventory Control
OrderDynamics maintains a built-in Inventory Control system which can work autonomously
or synchronized with an external Inventory Control ERP solution. The built-in functionality
maintains Purchase Orders (PO) to capture product costing, as well as reception
of new inventory. The Inventory Control system also enables online retailers to
dynamically control product visibility and merchandising based on real-time inventory
levels. Retailers can choose to hide products automatically, allow ordering, or
block ordering when inventory falls below zero. Retailers also have the option to
be notified via e-mail when inventory levels reach a threshold.
